I went on Friday, September 12th, to "Confidence Quest: Building Confidence and Managing Imposter Syndrome" with Emily Resk, LCMHCA, NCC. The session was interactive, relatable, and helpful; it gave us not only the time to listen but also room to reflect internally about our own confidence and self-doubt issues.
