NCPMI CHAPTER MEET

NCPMI Annual Meeting reminded me why I value this community so much. Between the chapter updates, leadership insights, and a powerful keynote from DR ENDY PERRY, the theme that stood out to me was simple but energizing: we’re all pilots in our own 2026 flight plan.
As Dr. Perry shared, we have 41 days of flight time left in 2025. The year-end isn’t a landing,it’s a layover. A moment to refuel, reflect, and reset. And yes, she sprinkled in some unforgettable humor too… especially the project status analogy inspired by the Dallas plane incident where passengers sat on the runway for 9 hours. Because let’s be honest, every project manager has lived that “we’re about to take off” moment that stays stuck on the tarmac.
